Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Taurus Dog Training.
Resort Manager
The interview process stretched over 6 weeks, and I went through 4 interviews, all done over the phone and Zoom. They knew I was relocating for the job, but they never told me when they'd make a decision. Then out of the blue, I couldn't reach anyone. My calls were never returned.
- How would you handle staff conflicts?
Kennel Technician
You'll interview with the Facility Directors. They want to see any past jobs that show related experience to what you'd do at Taurus. They'll ask about yourself and if you have animals or ever had them. They're looking for compassion, a younger crowd, good energy, and good attitudes!
- Have you taken care of someone or an animal in the past?
Pack Member
It was a group interview where you don't know how many spots are open. You sit in a big circle with other applicants and some pack leaders. They play icebreaker games, then you interview other candidates. After that, you have a one-on-one with three or four pack members. They called back about a week later.
- What makes you think you'd be a good fit for this role?
