Taurus (Brazil) Interview Questions
& Process

I got referred by someone who works at Taurus for a purchasing role, so I sent my CV to HR. After that, I had an in-person interview with HR and then an interview with the purchasing coordination. There was also a psychological evaluation through a test.

It was an in-person interview, with several stages, a quick process, they give feedback, at HR they are not very kind, but at least they respond quickly. The whole process took about two weeks, the whole process is the traditional one for companies, with a psychotechnical test, an interview with the manager, classic questions like 'what do you expect in a few years', etc., the psychotechnical test is the same as for a driver's license.

foi um processo resumido, sem muitas dificuldades, foi um processo simples. Não levaram em consideração o motivo de eu ter saído da última empresa, mas sim o meu conhecimento sobre a função e o cargo ao qual eu estava me candidatando. Mantiveram um certo distanciamento entre o entrevistador e o entrevistado.

The interview process was pretty standard. First, there was a group presentation about benefits and salary, and an explanation of how the interview would proceed, which would start with the recruiter and then the manager. The first part felt very rushed, almost robotic, due to the need to answer everything very quickly, even though there weren't many questions. For the second stage, the manager was busy, so the interview continued with the company's shipping leader, who discussed his area's functions, work shifts, and his own experience in the sector.
