HR call to chat about salary, benefits, and if the job is in office, hybrid, or remote. Then they scheduled interviews. I interviewed with 2 people at their offices, about 30 mins each.

I interviewed about 4 or 5 times for the position. They asked a lot of questions about tours. Everyone was really nice and made me feel welcome; I wanted to be part of the company after the interviews. HR was helpful in answering my questions.

I applied online and got an email the next day to set up a phone interview. After the first phone screen, they invited me to interview at their office in Wilton. They have a really nice office space and an outdoor patio for employees to chill, plus lots of other perks. However, they really focus on cultural fit, so if you don't align with their vibe, you won't get the job.

Had a quick phone chat and they told me to come in the next week to meet with HR. I've been a trainer for a corporation and have 20 years experience in customer service, plus I've won awards for my service. Even with all that and great references, I felt like the two interviewers, who were way younger than me, looked down on me. Maybe the other reps felt threatened by my positive vibe when they met them (young staff), and I'm sure they all gave feedback after I left. I wasn't trying to take their jobs, just wanted to be part of the team and share my experience. I didn't feel welcome at all, and I left knowing I wouldn't get the job.
