Operations Analyst
The interview process was pretty fast, with three rounds all happening within two weeks. I think the interviews went well because they followed up quickly and were eager to schedule the next step. After a month with no word, I reached out to the HR contact. She said they were still interviewing candidates and I'd hear back soon. She never did follow up. It's really unprofessional to put someone through three rounds and then not give them an update. I'm super unhappy with how this went and wouldn't suggest interviewing with this company.
- Can you share an example of a time you faced a challenge in operations and how you handled it?
- Could you go over your resume with me and point out the parts that relate to this job?
Legal Assistant
It was a long process. Started with a phone interview from HR. Then an online test. After that, there were three interviews with the department head and a panel. HR was pretty quiet about things on the phone, but all these interviews made me question if it was worth leaving my old job. I did get offered the job and took it. Later, during my employment, I discovered that the interviews with the department head were misleading and could have seriously harmed my career.
- How would you manage a situation?
- What would you do in this scenario?
Market Research Analyst
The interview process kicked off with a general phone call to go over my qualifications. After that, I had an in-person meeting with the person I'd be reporting to. Once that was done, they reached out again about two weeks later for me to meet with some of the senior leaders at the company. They ended up giving me an offer about a week after that last interview.
- Can you share details about your past work experience, including specific examples?
- Could you describe your key personality traits?
- What value do you believe you can bring to our company?
Director of Operations
It felt biased and indifferent. Even though I was an internal candidate with a decade plus of experience leading the portfolio and unique marketing programs, the VP interviewing me acted like my accomplishments didn't matter. I had even trained and mentored the two prior Marketing Directors for the location I was applying to.
- Would you be open to relocating?
- Do you know the area where you'd be relocating?
- Do you get the culture of the people in the relocation area?
