The interview process was really disorganized. The first round was online with basic questions. Then, I had an in-office interview with the hiring manager for the second round. They called me back for a third round with the project manager and an executive. I thought that was it, but then they had a fourth round where they asked me the exact same questions from the third round. I was supposed to hear back in a week, but didn't. I emailed the hiring manager, no response. Emailed again two weeks later, still nothing. A month passed, and I figured I was ghosted because I couldn't get any update. Finally, I got an email at 10:30 pm a month later saying I didn't get the job and that I was unprofessional and didn't understand the hiring process. It's ironic they said that when they couldn't even answer a simple email about an update. It felt unprofessional and rude, and the company didn't seem very diverse. They claim to be fast-paced but couldn't manage a simple email update. Definitely a waste of time.

It was a quick and to-the-point interview. We sat down and went through my portfolio together, and I explained my work and the thinking behind it. The interviewer was nice and asked good questions.

I talked to some mid-level creative folks. It wasn't super hard. They didn't throw any curveballs, just wanted to hear about my past projects. It felt like they already knew if I was a good fit and were just seeing if I was a decent person.

Laid back interview process. First, we had a tour of the awesome office space, then a one on one conversation where we talked about my portfolio and experiences. We also talked about the job and the vibe at the agency.
