The interview process started with a recruiter phone screen. Following that, I was invited for a full day of in-person interviews, which involved meeting with three separate interview panels. A plant tour was also part of the experience. Everyone involved was very informative.

The interview process was really simple. We mostly talked about the job itself. There weren't any behavioral questions, just a quick look at and some questions about my resume. I got a call back the next week to visit the plant and see if I was really sure about the role. I went to the plant, and it was just a tour, no actual interview. I got an offer the week after that!

I applied through my university career fair. There was a basic interview covering my past positions and responsibilities. After two weeks of no response, I emailed the HR representative who conducted the interview with a senior engineer. She mentioned she wasn't aware of the job status as the position wasn't based in her location.
