Behavioral Technical Presentation

It was a two-round interview process. The first round was with the hiring manager, and the second was with a team member. We had a general discussion about my work experience and skills, and also about the new role. The role requires experience in solution design, presentation, and proposal building.

It was a phone interview first, then a face-to-face. The whole thing from sending my resume to getting the offer took about 45 days. I was pretty lucky to get a good hiring manager. My advice: often, the interviewer might not know as much about a specific question as you do, but they're really trying to understand how you think. Show that you're interested and eager to learn, and it really helps.
