EDI Coordinator
The interview process was very relaxed, yet professional. The HR representative was very kind and communicated well. They were transparent and followed up within a few days after the interview. I would recommend this company.
- Can you walk me through your resume and prior work experience?
- What are your expectations for this role and what do you think the company expects of you?
Software Developer Intern
For this internship, they mainly focused on behavioral questions to see how well you collaborate with others, asking about your strengths and weaknesses. While they did ask about technical projects you've done, there wasn't a formal technical interview component. This is just for the internship; full-time roles might involve a coding project.
- Can you share an instance where you experienced a conflict with a colleague or someone you worked with on a project, and explain how you resolved it?
- Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses.
- Can you discuss some of the technical projects you have been involved in?
Processor Specialist
I applied online and a recruiter reached out a few days later to see if I would take a lower hourly wage than I had originally put down. I said yes and we scheduled a phone interview for the next week. On the day of, the recruiter asked if we could chat 15 minutes earlier, which I was able to do. She was a couple of minutes late starting the call. The interview took about 20 minutes, and mostly involved me talking about my past work. After it ended, she mentioned she would give my interview notes to the department manager. I didn't hear back, so I sent a follow-up email about 10 days later, and was told the job was still open, but the manager was going to hire internally.
- Could you describe your responsibilities in your prior positions?
- Are you acquainted with TASC?
- What is your understanding of ERISA claims?
Sales Director
I applied on LinkedIn and heard back in a few days for a virtual interview with the recruiter on Monday. She mostly asked behavioral questions and about my experience. Then, she set up an interview with the RVP for the next day, which was really conversational, not like an interrogation. After that, another RVP interviewed me the following day. This one was more situational and behavioral, with questions really testing my resiliency. Finally, I spoke with the EVP of Sales, who asked about my interest in the opportunity/industry and emphasized that this role is a long-term investment. Even with their National Sales Conference happening the same week, they extended an offer on the evening of my last interview. The whole 4-step process was completed in just 1 week. This company moves fast when they find talent and the EVP made it clear they've lost good people before due to rigid processes. I accepted the offer!
- In your opinion, what's the key to success in sales?
