I had an interview at Tarpstop for a fabricator job, and it was pretty good. The person interviewing me was nice and made me feel comfortable. They explained the job and what the company is like really well. I liked that they answered all my questions fully. It was a good interview and I feel good about the job.

The interview process was really straightforward. The management is very understanding and it's a great environment. They first talked to me, then they tested my welding skills. They don't give you a hard time. I enjoyed the interview process.

The interview environment was very accepting of all races, ethnicities, and genders. I'd suggest this job to anyone into shipping and freight. There are tons of locations, and some employees even travel between them. They were super upfront about the company's origins and who's in charge.
