It was a straightforward process with two interviews. First, I spoke with HR, and then I had a second interview with a manager from the team. The interview itself was pretty easy and mainly consisted of behavioral questions.

The interview process was good and supportive. My interviewer was very encouraging and direct. It started with a phone screen. I heard back about a week or two later. They communicate openly via email. It was a straightforward process and one of the most enjoyable interviews I've had. I'd recommend it for all undergrads interested in digital strategy.

Behavioral

I had two phone interviews with the office manager and the department manager. The interviews were pretty chill and straight to the business. The first one was to see if the internship would be a good fit for what I wanted, and the second was to make sure I was right for the role. Since I'm not local, both were over the phone, though usually candidates come in for it.
