BEWARE! THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME. They post roles they are not even hiring for. They also take months of interviews and then ask for in person free-work presentation sessions, only to then say they are going to think about the role and not hire anyone. Ridiulous process - showcasing why their glassdoor reviews also say its a horrible place to work - from the top down - nobody seems to have an idea of what is going on or how to run an agency. Beware is all I can say.

I thought the interview process was really inefficient. I ended up talking to four different people all within the same week, for a total of four interviews. Usually, when I interview with other companies, it's like a first interview, and if they're interested, you go to a second, and so on. Having candidates go through four interviews feels like a waste of everyone's time. The people I spoke with were nice and professional, but they really need to rethink their interview structure.
