So first we review your application, then there's an initial screening, after that a skills assessment and a behavioral interview. If you make it past that, you'll meet with leadership for a cultural fit evaluation. Then we give feedback, decide, and either make an offer or give you some constructive follow-up.

The process from applying to getting accepted was quick. I honestly don't remember having an interview, it felt like everything was handled over email. I was accepted directly to orientation. The orientation itself was way too long; I think some of that information could have been covered during training. Plus, the orientation was miserable.

First, I had a chat with a recruiter to go over my resume and talk about what the job involves to see if I'd be a good fit. Then, we had a second call where she hit me with four situational questions. After that, I went in person for an interview which included a tour, some general company info, and then two sets of interviews. Each set had two managers and asked four situational questions.

The interview process was open and comfortable. It was an easy transition between questions. There was an open exchange between myself and the panelists. I was able to get some questions answered to better understand what the first 30 days should look like.
