I had a chat with the manager in person, and then they suggested I apply online. After I applied, they emailed me back to set up an interview, which I think was about 10-15 minutes long. I guess that was the next step.

District Manager in NYC and Long Island had contacted me twice within 3 years about an Optician role on two different platforms. First on Linkedin and second on Indeed. The infuriating thing is that the first time he reached out, I informed him that I am not a licensed Optician, than he has yet to respond after 3 years. 2 months ago, he reached out again on a different platform to ask me if I wanted to join as an Optician. Taken aback, I decided not to respond.
