I had a phone interview first that covered some basic SAS programming questions and my background. About two weeks later, I got invited for an on-site interview. Before meeting the Sr. Manager/Director, I completed a 30-minute programming test. They mostly asked questions based on my resume.

The entire interview process lasted approximately two hours. It started with a sample test where I had to write SAS code for various questions. Following that, I spoke with the hiring manager for about half an hour, and then had a separate half-hour conversation with a senior team member. I received an offer shortly after.
