It was a pretty standard interview. They asked things like 'why are you interested in this role?' 'What are your career aspirations?' 'What prompted your departure from your last position?' and 'Tell me about a situation where you had a conflict with a colleague and how you resolved it.'

The time from when you get the offer to when you actually start can vary. They might email you within three days and you could have orientation the following week, but it might take up to three weeks to actually start. When you go in, you sign your name and get a name tag, which is just a sticker with your name on it. There are three different speakers who come in and explain about Target, the company, different managers, and trainings. They talk about outbound, inbound, and another department I can't remember. Be careful at this location, as a lot of people I know from school say they are very discriminatory, racist, and bullies. Overall, the pay is regular, but it's good for someone who doesn't have a lot of bills. They will call or email you about the job.

So first I had a quick 30 min chat with the recruiter, then a more formal 30 minute phone interview with them. After that, it was a 1 1/2 hour interview split into two 45 minute sessions with the leadership team at the actual location I'd be working. It was all behavioral questions, just like others mentioned.
