Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process started with a brief 10-minute phone call, which was quite basic. Next, I had an in-person interview that lasted about an hour. This one felt more focused on assessing personality, confidence, and soft skills, where they shared information about themselves and asked about me. After that, I proceeded to a third in-person interview, which was 2 hours long and felt like a return to academics. During this stage, the director and manager presented scenarios and asked how I would respond. For example, they showed a chart, asked me to break it down, and then posed a scenario. Unfortunately, the manager later called me personally to inform me I hadn't been selected, and she was very polite, sincere, and kind about it.

The interview process was super chill and relaxed. I talked with 4 people, and 3 of them would actually be my direct coworkers. They were really laid back, no awkward vibes or anything. It felt more like hanging out and chatting with some buddies at a shop. Haven't heard back about an offer yet since the interview was just a few days ago.

It was a really friendly and laid-back interview. They asked some basic questions about my background and what I want to do career-wise. They also wanted to know about my personal life to see if I had any flexibility or personal stuff going on. We chatted about the job, what the day-to-day would be like, and how I could grow in the company. I heard back pretty fast and got an offer.

I went through a few interviews for this role. The team seemed engaged and polite. However, the overall process felt drawn out, with three interviews happening at their convenience. They seemed interested, but I got the impression they were waiting to see if a better candidate emerged.
