The interview process was pretty smooth, and communication was effective. The HR made it seem like I was their top candidate, but then they stopped responding about setting up an interview. The technical interviews themselves were great, and the discussion felt supportive. C++ knowledge is required.

Technical Coding Behavioral

It was an in-office interview that had 2-3 rounds. The first round was with a senior engineer and was a deep dive into C++ and core CS topics like OOPS, OS, and CN. The second round was focused on DSA, where I had to solve a HackerRank problem and then answer further questions on C++ and OOPS concepts such as Polymorphism. The last round was a casual chat with a co-founder about my past projects and their concepts.

Coding Behavioral

I did a 60min programming assessment online with 3 questions on my own. I almost finished the last question but didn't. I then had a phone screen about my background. I didn't get the job because of technical fit, though the phone screen was mostly just going over my resume. The recruiter's English was not great and they didn't seem to read my emails carefully. It felt like a disorganized process.
