Chef
First you will have an interview with HR, and then the Chef and owner will contact you to schedule another interview. You will have two interviews in one week, and then you should get a job offer.
- What are your future life goals?
Food Runner
The interview was pretty short, the managers were chill and approachable. They mainly wanted to hear about my past work experience and how I approach work ethic. They asked about my preferred schedule and if I'm open to working double shifts or overtime. The whole thing took about 20 minutes.
- Can you tell me about a time when you had to juggle many tasks simultaneously?
Waitress
It was mostly a casual chat about the 4 fs and I was definitely in there for sure. Just be friendly and let them know you have a knack for customer service. They're usually pretty chill about that.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What do you know about the 4 Fs?
- Do you have a knack for customer service?
Server
The interview process took a long time, but the material was easy to learn. The owners are really nice and respectful, but I can't say the same for the management. Some coworkers were okay, but others were not very welcoming.
- Can you share your previous work experience and explain why you are a good fit for our team?
