Went to the employment center and got matched with radiology transport since I'm currently in school for radiology. I met with the manager and got hired the same day. I had to do a drug test and a full physical at Tanner urgent care and started about 2 weeks later.

I applied online, but they didn't reach out until I reapplied with extra documents about 40 days later. A few days after that, I got an email to schedule an interview for the next morning. The first interview was with HR. After that went well, I met with the IT department head about 30 minutes later to discuss the job duties. She practically offered me the job and we talked about a start date. Later that day, the HR rep called to discuss the offer. She said the official offer would be sent soon, but I didn't get it until the next day after I emailed her. The offer was conditional on passing a background check, drug screen, and reference verification. I was supposed to get an email to submit my references within 24 business hours of scheduling the interview, but it came the day after the offer. You need 5 references, and I only had 3, so I had to get two more from former colleagues.

Applied online and got a call back to pick an interview date via email. I picked one and during the interview, I was asked questions. I've interviewed a lot and never heard back, even though it seemed to go well. They seemed disorganized because I was called back for the same job but a different location. They said they should've done a phone interview instead, so it felt like a waste of time. I tried for 5 months to get in, and they wanted more references even though mine were still valid. They wanted new references for a different position. I also applied for a cashier job where they said they were desperate but needed to rate me, but never called, and I still see the ads for the positions I applied for.

I applied online and heard back about 3 days later to set up an in-person interview. I got there on time and only had to wait about 7 minutes before meeting with the recruiter. We chatted for about half an hour about the job and why I'd be a good fit. After that, I met with the hospital unit manager who explained the role and the unit, and I really felt like I had the job in the bag.
