First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tanner Clinic.
Medical Assistant
We start with a phone screen, then you'll have two interviews, one with the supervisor and another with the hiring doctor. If they like you, HR will contact you for a background check and drug test. After that, there's one week of training.
- What specialties are you interested in?
Registered Nurse
Overall good and not too scary. Would want to work here if they offer me a fair wage. Wages at clinics are usually low so I’m hoping they offer me something that is fair to the market and to my degree.
- Why do you want to work here?
Medical Assistant
I was contacted by several supervisors about open roles. The process felt a bit disorganized, but the interviews themselves went well, and I liked the supervisor I spoke with. They should really improve how they handle applications, though. It was nice that they got back to me quickly after I applied. Plus, there are many different locations to pick from.
- What matters most to you when looking for a job?
Data Analyst
Got a quick call to set up the interview. Then, there was an in-person meeting with four people from different teams. They asked questions for about half an hour.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
