Product Engineer
It was a 3 round process. First round was with a Senior Product Engineer. The second round was with a Senior Lead. The third round was with a Manager. After these 3 rounds, HR got in touch and asked for my Current CTC and expected CTC.
- Can you describe your roles and responsibilities?
- Can you explain the testing process in your project?
- Given a webpage, what test scenarios would you write for it?
Product Engineer
I applied through a recruiter and the whole process took about a week. There were 3 rounds in total. First, a recruiter from a consultancy called to ask about my work experience. A week later, the HR team reached out to schedule an interview. This was a bridge call, and it went well, getting positive feedback. After that, there was a technical screening round with the team, which happened about a month later. The very next day, I received feedback and an invitation to come to the office for a managerial and HR round. An offer was released within 2 days after that. Overall, it was a good experience, and the interview was easy, leading to an accepted offer.
- Were you asked any questions related to SQL?
- Did they ask any questions about manual testing?
Product Engineer
It was two rounds of technical interviews, and then one HR round. They asked a bunch of technical questions, although it turned out we wouldn't be working on most of them. The questions were mostly about different types of testing and some basic selenium stuff.
- Can you describe different types of testing?
- What automation frameworks have you worked with?
- Do you have experience with basic Selenium functionalities?
