I was contacted via email for a phone screen, which led to a phone interview. Afterward, I had an on-site interview with the Manager and one team member. This was followed by some follow-up phone calls with the HR Recruiter. Then, I had another on-site interview, this time with the Director. For the first on-site, I was initially asked to prepare a presentation on any topic. I decided to create a Prezi on managing financial hardship during medical emergencies, drawing parallels between financial planning and application lifecycle management, including handling change requests. After some questions, the Manager indicated my presentation wasn't necessary. Two days later, the HR Recruiter called to schedule the second on-site interview with the Automation Director, which took place a week after the first in-person interview. Everyone I interacted with seemed passionate about their work and very knowledgeable. I had initially applied to MOBI, which is now part of Tangoe. Tangoe is growing fast, and they seem keen on finding the right cultural fit. I noticed people were friendly, smiling and greeting me as I passed them. While there's a possibility for some remote work, this is not a fully remote position.

It started with a sales recruiter phone call, then a few days later I had a phone interview with the director of product integration. After that, I went to their office in Indianapolis for an in-person interview. The whole thing was pretty easy and quick, and everyone I talked to was nice, professional, and knew their stuff.

The process took about 3-4 months, but I finally got an interview date. It was an all-day event, like a gauntlet with 8 current employees interviewing me. They weren't trained interviewers, but they were nice. The first few interviews were okay, but the later ones were like, 'Everyone else asked you stuff, got questions for me or wanna just shoot the breeze?' Most people were in jeans and t-shirts while I was dressed up, which was awkward. The whole thing was easy, and I knew I got the job. Turns out, this junior business analyst role just opens mail all day.
