The interview process is very long if you're a person of interest. I made it to the third and last interview which took half of my day. I felt comfortable and everyone was very casual.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process started with a recruiter call to get a feel for the company. Then, I had a 30-minute conversational interview with the department manager. The final interview was a lengthy 2.5-hour session with five 30-minute segments, each with a different person. These interviews were mostly conversational, without really difficult questions. I was initially told I'd hear back within a few days after their weekly meeting. A few days later, I received a call indicating I was a top candidate and that good news was imminent. However, after three weeks of no further contact, I was ghosted. While I don't hold any hard feelings, an email, even a rejection, would have been appreciated.

The interview process started with a phone screening, followed by a 2-hour interview with the CFO, Director of Finance, and Controller. After getting a verbal job offer, I had only 6 hours to decide.
