The whole experience was super smooth and easy, like no effort at all. Everything felt really seamless and just hassle-free. It was honestly pretty chill and relaxing, a nice and enjoyable flow throughout. The process was really straightforward and user-friendly, so it was a comfortable and refreshing experience the whole way.

The interview took about an hour or so and involved the Head of Internal Audit (IA), a senior manager from IA, and an HR staff member. Most of the time was spent discussing past experiences, asking for examples of key risk areas for specific audit topics, and inquiring about my interest in Tan Chong.

The application process lasted about two weeks. Before the interviews began, I had to complete two assessments and provide my personal information. The HR representative's demeanor was rather unprofessional. The actual interview involved two interviewers. They started by introducing themselves and then asked numerous technical questions pertinent to the role. While the questions were challenging, the interviewers were quite supportive, allowing me ample time to consider and respond.

The interview process involved writing two short essays. The first essay was about your goals and how you handle success or failure in achieving them. The second essay was about handling disagreements with colleagues or group members. After that, there was a face-to-face interview with 3 males and 2 females.
