The interview process was straightforward, and I received an offer for the position. However, I found the workplace environment to be highly unprofessional and lacking respect for personal health information. In my experience, the HR department appeared to prioritize administrative control over employee well‑being. I would advise professionals to carefully consider whether this organization aligns with their expectations for a supportive and respectful workplace.

It was a pretty relaxed process, no really tough questions. They were willing to teach and explain things if you weren't sure about something. Not knowing something wasn't a deal breaker.

it was a quick and easy interview process, not that difficult compared to other companies. Overall it was fine, anyone can crack it, not a big deal. There were two rounds with the head of the department, so a 2-step process which was virtual and then face to face.
