I applied through teamworkonline.com and got an initial call. My first interview was over the phone. They said I'd hear back in about a week, but I didn't. Then, much later than expected, I got a call saying the hiring manager was sick and they wanted to do a second interview. Three managers were on the Skype interview. About a week after that, they called to offer me the job.
