They need you more than you need them. After making it seem like a very structured process, someone will resign on them and they will make you an offer. But in reality, they are running out of recruiting sources as people know this place has a bad HR rep.

First, I spoke with a recruiter from the staffing agency, and they asked for a recommendation letter the next day. Then, I got a technical task where I had to analyze a political situation. The following week, I was invited to an interview with the deputy general manager and the head of operations. It was a positive meeting, and they said everything looked good and an offer would be coming, but I first had to complete a psychometric test. This test was quite long, about 3 hours, with logic problems and a 400-question part about honesty and appropriateness. After waiting two weeks, HR sent a generic response, likely automated, stating they wouldn't proceed with my application, without giving a reason. They've also stopped responding to emails. While legally they don't have to explain, it reflects poorly on the company's image.

The interview for TAM-C was tough, but that's expected for an intel company. It started with a call from an Israeli PM who asked about my resume and experience. Then came a written test where I had to write a mock report on some people. After that, there was a long psychometric exam, about 3 hours, testing pattern recognition, basic math, and reading skills. This was the hardest and longest part. I got an offer after this.

My interview experience with TAM-C Solutions was pretty strange. There wasn't an HR person involved at all, which felt weird from the start. The process involved some random assignments and then a brief phone call. It wasn't very clear what they were actually looking for. They eventually made an offer that was surprisingly low given the described workload and responsibilities. When I tried to negotiate the salary reasonably, they called me 'too greedy' and rescinded the offer. It was extremely unprofessional. Looking into other reviews later, I realized I probably avoided a bad situation. This company seems to have significant issues with how they treat candidates, and based on reviews, employees too. It ended up being a good thing that it didn't work out.
