Had two interviews. The first was with the regional manager, and it was an intro with some technical questions. The second was with the VP, where we went a bit deeper on questions, and they also explained the job duties and details.

It was very courteous, professional and positive. The Manager was interested in my goals , my needs and my past personal performance. He described the type of person that was successful in this position. he expressed he had researched my application and wanted professional leaders who knew how to work with various personalities and circumstances within the workforce. Someone who was able to start conversation with strangers and not be intimidated by circumstances.
