Got to chat about career growth possibilities and what's expected in the role. It was a good vibe, informative, and got me pumped. They were clear about the job, the company's story, and what's next, which helped me decide. I thought it was easy based on my background.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was super efficient and laid out clearly from the start. I kicked things off with an intro call with the recruiter, then talked to the hiring manager, did a quick project, met with a team member, and finished up with a call with the VP of global sales. Honestly, it was the most transparent and enjoyable interview experience I've had in my whole career. Everyone I spoke with was really thoughtful and fun to chat with. Talon. One seems like a great company all around.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process was quick and clear at all times. I had a first meeting with HR, then 2 interviews with the hiring manager (for the second interview I needed to prepare a business case), and 1 more final interview to review the business case.
