It was a pretty standard interview process. Started with a phone screen, then a chat with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview, and finally a round with the director. HR could have been better at keeping me updated on where things stood, but the hiring manager was good and easy to talk to.

The interview process was the most enjoyable one yet for me and how often can you really say that? The people at Talon. One made this process fun and there was a warm welcome from the start.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

I really liked how the interview process went. It felt like genuine conversations with people who actually do the work, not just HR checking boxes. They made an effort to get to know me and let me get to know Talon.One. There was a platform demo, I talked to a Co-Founder, and got plenty of chances to ask questions. All four calls were basically about tackling real issues and opportunities Talon. One faces and figuring out solutions together. This was way different from other Berlin SaaS startups I was talking to, which felt really robotic. They've also been super helpful with my relocation from the USA, which is pretty rare for a startup at this stage. The culture seems great with good people. I definitely recommend applying – you get to think about cool stuff and meet interesting people, even if it doesn't end up being the right fit.
