Behavioral

This was by far the worst recruiting experience I've ever had. The recruiter reached out to schedule an interview and I responded same day. She responded the next day with minimal notice and then 5 minutes before the call she rescheduled. During the rescheduled meeting she did not even show up. I emailed her for an update and she rescheduled. During the next phase she reached out with one available time but it didn't work for me. I proposed alternative times and she never responded. I decided to not move forward or try to reach out again.

Technical Behavioral

Had one round of interviews that included multiple one on one and panel interviews with the hiring manager, several other managers, and potential peer-level colleagues. There were technical questions about molecular chemistry. One senior manager asked questions about my job experience prior to my resume, even experiences not relevant to the position. This wasn't a good look, especially since the job was filled by a recent graduate.
