Talent Acquisition Specialist
There are a few rounds of virtual interviews with the hiring manager and/or managers and a final interview with the owner. They have an assessment and give you a quick recruitment assignment to complete.
- Tell me about your interest in this role.
- Can you walk me through your experience in the X role listed on your resume?
Recruiter
I went through 3 interviews, with the CEO being the last one. This process took over a month. Before the interviews, there was a personality assessment. After the CEO interview, they asked for references, which is standard. My references were never contacted, and after waiting two weeks, I found out they chose another candidate. I followed up with the first person I spoke to to thank them for their time. I also asked for feedback on my shortcomings and areas for improvement but haven't heard back yet. I was really excited about this job and company, but I find it unprofessional to not receive any feedback, especially after such a long interview process.
- Could you share one of your most significant achievements from a past role?
Manager
Had phone interviews with different people and levels in the company, then in-person interviews with the leadership team. Also had some assessments and reference checks. Got a verbal offer over the phone, then a written one by email. The whole process was really quick and thorough.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Director of Excellence
The hiring process was fair and consultative
- How did you manage handling multiple clients and/or hiring managers
