Marketing
After applying, I got a phone call to set up an interview. Because I don't live nearby, it was a phone interview. The interviewer was cool and easygoing. We mostly talked about my skills for the job and went over my resume.
- Can you share an instance from a past project (work or school) where you analyzed information to identify trends?
Project Manager/Implementation Consultant
I went through three interviews with this company. All of them ran longer than scheduled. They lined up the next interview almost immediately after the last one, it felt like they were really trying to speed through the process. I felt good about each interview and enjoyed the conversations. They asked for three references, and I gave them the best ones for the categories they asked about. My references said they had good talks with the company, so I know they were contacted. I really thought I was going to get an offer since they spent two hours checking my references, but then I never heard back. Not even a rejection email. I tried to follow up but got no response. It's disappointing they couldn't even send a quick 'no thank you' note.
- Can you tell me about three of your strengths and three areas you are currently developing or need to improve?
Brand Manager
Got a fast reply after applying. The interviews were conversational, showing they cared about me and wanted to see if I was a good fit. It was a good experience compared to others.
- Tell me about a professional accomplishment you are proud of.
