First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TalentBridge.
Finance
A recruiter reached out about job opportunities since I was looking around. I applied for a position through them but never heard back. I ended up signing on with a different agency to secure an interview with the company. Communication was extremely lacking from the start. None of the jobs they shared felt right; they were just super high in pay, which is no surprise because that's where their commission comes from. I will not be using them again, there are better agencies out there who care more about the job hunter.
- Are you aiming to obtain your CPA or insurance licenses?
Call Center Director
TalentBridge, a recruiting firm, reached out after I posted my resume online. We had an initial phone interview, and I was told I'd have an in-person interview the next day. I had to wait two days and call them to follow up before the in-person interview happened (still with the recruiter). He said he was impressed and would call within 24 hours to set up a meeting with his client. Three days have passed without a call, so I plan to call them again tomorrow. Maybe I can show them how to actually follow up.
- Could you describe how you evaluated the success of your direct reports?
Recruiting Market Leader
I put my resume in on their site, but the system was kinda clunky and didn't read my resume right. I then chatted with the COO for about an hour, and it seemed to go pretty well. He mentioned setting up a time to talk with the CEO, but after that, I just got ghosted. Funny thing is, they posted the job again about a week later. He talked a lot about how much they 'care about the candidate,' which is hard to believe after being ghosted by their leadership.
- Can you walk me through your experience?
- What's prompting your departure from your current role?
Account Manager
I was contacted by a recruiter via voicemail about an Account Manager position. She then emailed me, and I replied with my availability. We scheduled a call for the next day. However, the recruiter didn't call, so I reached out to the office. I was told she was busy and to leave a voicemail. I did, and also sent a follow-up email, but never got a response. This felt really unprofessional since she initiated the contact and scheduling. It reminded me why I usually avoid staffing agencies due to their disorganization.
