UX Designer
The interview process was really easy and the interviewer was so kind. She asked me about my background and portfolio, along with basic STAR behavioral questions. It took 30min and they responded really fast. I got an offer and they wanted me to start in 10 days.
- Can you list three essential skills for a UX Designer?

The recruiter who reached out to me was really nice. She explained the hiring process for the company. The first part would be an assessment test which you have a 2 hour time limit for. You need to score 600/1200 to make it to the next round. I well exceeded that goal but they reached back out to me telling me the team did not want to move forward with me if I don't have a Bachelor's degree. If you are average but degreed go for it, if you are talented but non-traditional don't waste your time because you don't matter to them.
- Write an algorithm to determine if a 24-hour clock is accurate.
- Regarding SQL selections, what fields would be retrieved using the specified criteria?
Business Analyst
The interview process included a screening call, a phone interview, and then an in-person interview. Scheduling was a bit messy and uncertain. I had to chase the HR person multiple times to reschedule and confirm. Communication was lacking. The interviews themselves were pretty standard and professional. Didn't get any reply after following up. No rejection notice or anything.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- Could you share an instance where you had a conflict with a coworker and explain how you handled it?
Full Stack Engineer
The interview was at a great location! They gave a lot of info about the company and their work! They were on time and friendly! This was one of the best interviews I had while looking for a job.
- Are you receptive to mentoring and guidance?
- What are your thoughts on functional programming?
