Account Executive
The interview process was good and the candidate experience was smooth. Management seemed nice and feedback was given in a timely manner. I did not think the process involved too many steps.
- Can you elaborate on your experience?
- How do you approach diagnosing issues during sales calls?
Account Executive
Interviewing at Talent Neuron was a wild ride. The first stage was a quick chat with internal recruitment who asked to pull forward the meeting by an hour with 3 mins notice after re-scheduling earlier in the week. It was a casual 30min chat to see if there was an alignment in terms of skills and experience. The second stage involved 3 individual interviews with the hiring manager, who then referred me to speak with 2 colleagues from business development and product management. While the conversations were friendly, none of them had prepared for the meetings, and the questions seemed random and not really targeted at the role description. The 3rd interviewer even let me know that he did not even know what role I was being interviewed for. When I explained, he told me he was confused as the role titles had been changed recently and he did not really know what to ask, suggesting I should just tell him what I thought was relevant. All 3 interviewers openly talked about the long-lasting restructuring of the business and that there was little that could be relied on, which seemed odd.
- Can you discuss your plans for account management?
- How do you approach white space analysis?
Research Analyst
It was a 2-round interview process, and we had a good back and forth. They asked about my past job, some Excel questions, aptitude stuff, and then market analysis and growth rates.
- What about your previous role?
- Can you explain Excel functions and formulas?
- Did you have any aptitude questions?
