I went through HackerRank, then a screening interview, and finally an on-site interview. They didn't ask me any technical questions which made me think they weren't that interested in me from the start. The process was pretty quick and they didn't ask a lot of questions, which seemed like a sign they were looking for someone with more technical experience, especially since it's a relatively new company.

The interview process had these interviews, each about an hour, spread over 2 months: Recruiter screening. English test. Hiring manager interview. Coding test. Design test. PM/PO interview. HR cultural fit interview. Another hiring manager interview. Then a background check happens after the 8th interview before you know the offer, they ask for sensitive stuff like INFONAVIT retention sheet, bank statements, and credit report without a confidentiality agreement. After the background check, they give you an economic offer in the 9th interview. For Mexico, benefits include: Major and minor insurance, life, dental, vision, savings up to 13%, career development, training budget, LinkedIn courses, referral and seniority bonuses, illness and paternity leave, 15 vacation days from day one, PTU, Sloth day every 2 months, 15-day Christmas bonus, 25% vacation bonus, and stock options.

This was my first time writing a review, but this experience was the worst. It was a full day of about 7 interviews, which is insane. After all that, I never heard back. I even had to chase HR for expense reimbursement, which was unprofessional. If you're good at what you do and they aren't the dominant company in your city, don't waste your time. It seems like they don't operate on their mission.
