My interviews were over the phone, and I had two rounds. They asked me about my schooling and work history. There were also music-related questions and questions about my teaching philosophy. I thought the interview was pretty challenging. It seemed like they were really selective about hiring only professional music teachers. Having a degree from a reputable music conservatory, I think that helped me out.

The interview process begins with a phone call with the hiring manager. They'll want to know if you're still job searching and the reasons behind it. Then, there's an in-person interview with two sets of interviewers. The first set will focus on your past work experience and abilities. The second set will delve into your personality and what you're interested in. This is also where they'll gauge your enthusiasm for the company culture. Show a lot of energy, talk about your passion for music, and be sure to nod and smile when they talk about their culture – they really appreciate that.
