Coding Technical Presentation

The interview process was good. It started with the usual phone call, then moved to live coding rounds where I used R and Python. The final stage was a panel discussion with team members and management, followed by a presentation of my work. However, after the final round, I never heard back, which is strange considering how they treat candidates who reach the final stage. I also reached out to both HR and the hiring manager via email.

Behavioral Technical

I had a phone interview with the hiring manager where they asked me questions about my past work and some HR-related questions. Then, I had a 3-hour long on-site interview. Five people interviewed me, including three scientists and three research investigators. They were really friendly and easy to talk to. We discussed my previous experience, and they told me about the company and their work.

Behavioral Technical

It was pretty simple. First, a chat with the recruiter, then 4 interviews in a row with different people on a Friday afternoon. I talked to team members, the hiring manager, another manager from a different department, and the director. The whole thing took a few weeks and felt kind of slow.
