Only had one interview. I wasn't told I was rejected, I found out by checking Workday and seeing I wasn't being considered anymore. It wasn't the worst experience, but more communication would've been nice. The recruiter was really helpful, though.

The interview process was pretty easy. You just need to know the technicalities for the specific specialty you're applying for within their interview program. There weren't many technical questions asked. The hiring process itself was simple, but it did take a considerable amount of time. I interviewed in January and didn't hear back until March.

I sent in my CV and after about two weeks, I got contacted for a 30-minute interview with the team. I received an offer a few days later. The experience was very positive and professional. It seems like the interview process can vary a lot depending on the manager, because for a different role I interviewed for, I encountered a lot more behavioral questions, whereas the interview for this role was quite technical.
