It was a simple, straightforward process. Started with a typical HR recruiter screening, then moved on to three virtual 1:1 interviews. The final stage was a virtual panel presentation where I had to present on a role-specific process development. The entire thing took about 4 weeks.

Behavioral

The interview process was quite standard, starting with HR, the hiring manager, two peers, and then a member of the senior leadership. It took about 1,5 -2 months altogether. They were good at keeping me in the loop and eventually, I received a job offer as well. It was a good offer and I was inclined to accept it when I received an email that they were withdrawing the offer. No phone call, no email from the hiring manager, only a formal and impersonal email from HR. I ended up writing to the hiring manager a professional email, hoping for some feedback but never received any reply. I've been through many interviews and processes and to this day this has been the most astonishing and unprofessional manner I have been treated.

Applied online and was referred by an employee. About two weeks later, a colleague from a project reached out to set up a phone screen. Another two weeks went by, and then the recruiter contacted me to schedule a phone screen (yes, it was a bit out of order). The week after that, I traveled for an in-person meeting with the same colleague and the hiring manager. I also had a phone screen with the hiring manager's manager. I never got an update on the outcome. On top of that, getting reimbursed for interview expenses has been super slow, and I'm still waiting on mine.
