I had an initial technical interview that went well. But then HR told me the company's needs changed and the role would be re-advertised with updated terms of reference. Later, I found out they hired someone internally because they already knew the standard operating procedures. The whole process was unprofessional, with interviews rescheduled last minute because the person was in meetings. They also mentioned a severe HR shortage, making the internal hire confusing. It felt like they lacked hiring clarity. I dealt with two HR people. One was nice, the other was a bit intimidating about salary. The disorganized process and the HR person's attitude made me think they don't have a clear or transparent hiring system.

The interview seemed promising, and they appeared impressed with my understanding of the company and my background in quality systems. I was expecting a positive outcome. However, after a significant period, I didn't receive any feedback from the internal recruiter, and I ended up accepting another position. I was quite surprised to be ghosted by Takeda.

Applied online and did the HR screen the HIRING MANAGER screening. Had 6 rounds of interviews. All of the interview, except for one told me I had the experience and background and were very professional and nice. Then came the head of the team and was complete opposite. Just basically told me my resume did not have any one experience for what they were looking for. I guess it was the heads decision. After meeting this person, I would not even want to join this company. Making you feel small and just bluntly telling you, you have no experience.

The face to face interviews were set up promptly with the 2 Heads of from the Business side. Their questions showed the level of maturity the organisation was hoping to achieve from a digital perspective, and the overall interview was very insightful on the current state of the firm. It left a grounded and positive impression. Because of my experience in strategy, the interview felt quite easy to me.
