I went through a 3-stage interview process. The team was super nice and helpful, and they made sure to explain everything clearly. Stage 2 had a task that was pretty tough, but they gave me enough time to finish it.

Behavioral Presentation

The first two phone interviews were okay. For the last one, they required a presentation about Take2 where I had to act as the seller and the panel as the buyer, like an intro meeting, but they didn't talk back during my presentation. It was pretty stressful since there's very little info online about Take2, and the previous phone calls didn't really help me prepare the presentation. They didn't hire me, and when I asked for feedback, I never got a response.

Behavioral Other

I applied for an HR Assistant role and had an initial phone call with an HR representative. When asked about my interests, I said HR or recruiting, and she became condescending, lecturing me on the difference. She then suggested I apply for an Employee Experience or recruiter position, even though no recruiter roles are open. She mentioned she'd try to set up an in-person interview for me as a potential advantage if openings occurred. Subsequently, I attended an in-person interview with two people: one long-term employee and a recent hire. The long-term employee was somewhat harsh, tossing his business card at me. He inquired about my feelings towards sales, which was unexpected as I know recruiters sometimes handle sales aspects. He attempted to equate recruiting to sales, which I understand, but pointed out the difference between selling a job and selling a product. He was unclear if the role involved sales alongside recruiting. Overall, I felt he wasn't taking me seriously.

Behavioral Technical

It was a fast process. I had 3 rounds of interviews, and the process took a total of 2 weeks. The first is a phone screening where they'll tell you more about the role and learn a bit more about you and what you're looking for. Second interview was with 2 managers. It was more behavioral questions and getting to know you more. Third interview was focused on professional skills that would apply to the role.
