Got a call pretty quick after I applied. They asked about the job I applied for and wanted to set up a time for me to come in for an interview. I interviewed with management a couple days later and they gave me an offer.

They will interview you, then wait 5 months to get back to you. Not worth it. i would recommend going out and finding somewhere else to work, as this place clearly does not want to hire hard working people.

The interview process was quite thorough and gave me a lot of information. They asked a lot about whether I could handle the job's duties and if I was okay with working outdoors for extended durations. They also inquired about my willingness to become an inspector, as they also handle state inspections alongside oil changes.

It was a one-on-one interview. We had a lot of good conversation and they shared plenty of information. The energy and culture felt good. The interview was pretty casual, held outdoors, like a normal chat, not stressful at all. They were good listeners and gave me all the info I needed and answered my questions.
