I applied online. First, a recruiter called me. Then I went to two rounds in one day. In the morning, I was interviewed by the recruiter and my boss, and the department manager interviewed me in person. They asked a lot about myself, my hobbies, etc., and then introduced me to the job. They don't expect you to know everything at first, but you have to show them you have a passion to learn and would like to take on challenges.
