The first interview went well. After waiting five days, I had to follow up on a Monday because I hadn't received a response as promised. I was then told the manager was on vacation. That was understandable, but it was frustrating not being informed about the delay. A week later, I was contacted for a second interview, which was just okay; the manager seemed uninterested fairly quickly. That was on a Wednesday, and again, I was told I'd hear back by Friday. Friday came and went with no contact. The weekend passed, and then Monday arrived with silence. I reached out AGAIN on Tuesday and was finally told they had moved on with another candidate. I think if I hadn't reached out, I would have been ghosted, similar to others I've seen. Honestly, I think I dodged a bullet.

It was a long process. They first had 7 rounds which included an aptitude test, then a call with the manager, followed by a case study and a presentation of the case study. Then there was an interview with 5 different people for 15-30 minutes each. After completing these rounds, the HR said the interview went well but never got back to me with an offer and ghosted me despite my follow-ups. Later, the director contacted me after 6 months and offered me a different position, but I had to go through another round of interviews. After that interview, they disappeared again. We just went in circles without any offer and I wasted a lot of time.

Recruiter reached out, did a phone screen. Then scheduled me for 4 interviews in one day with different team members. The morning of, recruiter reached out and changed times and who I was interviewing with for 2 of them, no big deal by itself. After interviewing for multiple hours that day with multiple different team members, absolute radio silence. I emailed the recruiter who said they hadn't heard anything and then emailed them again a week later and they said they were passing on me. Overall, very poor communication and seemed like I interviewed with people who had no idea what job I was even interviewing for. I would stay away, very much feels like I dodged a bullet.
