& Process

Went through 2 phone screens with the recruitment company. Then had 4 separate 1:1 interviews. After talking to those 4 people, it really clicked why the job had been open for months and never filled. They were all pleasant to chat with, but nobody seemed to be on the same page about what the role actually entailed, which was super obvious from how each person described it differently. Then, radio silence for weeks after all the interviews, which is just not professional, especially after putting in 6 hours of my time interviewing.

I had 7 interviews that were an hour long, and 6 of them were back to back over two days with hardly any breaks. There was a quick call with HR first. The first three interviews were tough; the interviewers weren't the friendliest and asked some really challenging questions. After two exhausting days, I was told it might take a while to hear back, but then I got an email the next morning saying they were moving on with other candidates. I didn't expect the job to be guaranteed, but I was surprised to be rejected in under 24 hours after everything. The whole experience was draining and felt like a waste of my time.

I got a phone call about a week after applying. The in person interview was a few weeks after that. I had 6 employees interview me for 6 hours. It seemed like a lot for my position. After I accepted the offer, the process took a long time. They asked for a lot of details on everything from references to my college education.

It was a phone interview. The interviewer gave a brief description of the company and asked some behavioral questions. Then there was time for my questions. It was nothing special since it's a phone screen. The interview was very nice, and she explained a lot about the company to me.
