I had two phone interviews with Duane Vestal, and they were both great conversations. We talked about Duane's background, the company's history, and the job. We also went over my background and my thoughts on switching from a W-2 job to a 1099. It wasn't like some interviews that feel like a sales pitch; this felt like a professional discussion between two people working together.

Jennifer was so kind and informative. There was absolutely no pressure, and it really didn’t feel like a typical recruiting call at all. I absolutely loved it. If you’re searching for a breath of fresh air, this is definitely the direction to go.

The interview went really well, there was much insight on the company and what it had to offer. In detail I was able to express what I could bring to this company and how interested I am in this careers journey. Yet, the interviewer ask many difficult questions I was able to find a balance in my thoughts. Overall I would rate this interview a 9/10. Loved the questions and details, interviewer was well prepared.

They provide free leads, but they are kinda pushy to get started. I don't know if it's worth going there, if they offer free leads then the commission rates have to be pretty low compared to other places.
