It was pretty good and easy to schedule once the recruiter got back from vacation. I didn't make it past the recruiter round though, think they were after a different type of person.

First, I presented my responsibilities. Then, I had a discussion with the manager about my skills. We also talked about the mission and the scope of the position. The interview lasted an hour and went well.

I had a phone interview with the agency/recruiter which was super easy and basically just a get-to-know-you chat. Then, I had a face-to-face interview with the store manager. She was really nice and friendly and made me feel comfortable, so it wasn't stressful at all. Everything seemed to go well, and I was told I'd hear back in a few days. A week went by, so I called them, and they said they'd call me back, but they never did. I thought that was pretty rude, especially since she mentioned they were only interviewing three people.

Behavioral Technical

Had a few 1 on 1 interviews with questions that were kinda easy to mid difficulty. Then in the last interview, the Global retail manager and the Managing Director for Europe joined the interview after it had already gone on for more than an hour. This seemed like a good sign at first, but then the MD said some really racist and discriminatory stuff to me within 5 minutes. I was totally shocked and still am. It made it super clear that this company doesn't really care about diversity or respecting people. I would never want to work there!
