So the interview is set up. You'll get to the store and the interview itself is super quick, like 10 minutes. I'm not sure how long you'll have to wait for them to see you though, since they're always so busy.

it went well as it started as a phone screening next an in-person interview. the in-person interview was scheduled about a week later from the phone interview. after the 2nd interview, i was expected to complete an art test. the art test was due in 2 days.

It was a pretty standard interview process, not too hard. They asked typical questions about personal information, but didn't dig too deep. It was pretty much like any other interview I've had, and you can definitely get through it by just staying focused.
